Disability Access
Hearing Impairment
Reception has the Induction Loop system with the Loop sign clearly displayed. We can ensure that an interpreter is present if an appointment is booked in advance (usually 48hours notice is required). A double appointment should be booked. If you cannot book ahead for any reason, GPs and nurses will always happily see you and will use visual aids or write down information as necessary.
Loop System
We have a loop induction system at the reception desk to assist the hearing impaired.
